Maternity Nurses
From the outset, it was important to both of us that when we placed a maternity nurse with you, that she wouldn't be a complete stranger.
Instead, she would be part of a small tight knit team who we knew well, so that you could rest easy, knowing that your little one was in safe hands and was well known to us and our other parent clients.
Why use an agency versus finding a maternity nurse online?
All to often we have met mums who felt pushed and bullied by their maternity nurses once the contract was signed, with no recourse and no-one to speak to for a solution or paying an expensive termination fee... you feel stuck and miserable.
We provide a service where that wouldn't ever happen.

As we both work with new parents everyday, it was also important to create a team who would support you and help you find what works best for you and your little one.All to often we have met mums who felt pushed and bullied by their maternity nurses and we wanted to provide a service where that wouldn't ever happen.We also know what it feels like to be on the other side of the coin, working with parents and new babies, so we wanted to support our team as much as possible.
By being available to our team, we know that they will feel supported and cared for, which in turn helps them to support and care for you, our valued clients too.
What will she do?
Your MN is there to care for you and your baby, that means you are her primary focus.
She will guide, teach and support you to confidently care for all aspects of your baby when your placement time together ends.
She will also take care of baby's laundry, keep the nursery tidy and all the additional tasks that a little person creates, so that you can rest.
Our team appreciate that they are in your personal space at a very personal time, so know when to step back to give you space and are very discreet .
What is the length of an average booking?
Typically most mums will book a maternity nurse for 2 to 12 weeks but we understand that every family is different and has different requirements. We will work with you to create a tailored package that meets your needs.
How much does it cost?
This varies depending on the level of experience your chosen maternity nurse or night nanny has.
Maternity nurses
On average our team sit on £250 to £350 per 24 hours
Standard registration
Agency Registration fee is £150 which lasts 6 months. Within this time frame, we charge an additional £20 per day booked.

Night Nannies
Night Nannies are with you overnight and enable you to enjoy longer stretches of sleep in the early weeks after birth until you find your feet as parents.
This is especially helpful when your partner returns to work and you both need to be well rested during the day.
Our Night Nanny team are gentle and supportive. They will help you to create good sleep habits for your baby and are also able to help with routines, bathing, revising your night-time routines and feeding patterns to ensure you all get rest.
Why our team are the best
Our Night Nanny team are able to offer you reliable support in shorter bursts of time. They are equally skilled, invaluable and offer the same level of safety net as they are part of our Maternity Nurse team.
You might consider a Night Nanny over a full-time Maternity Nurse if you:
Prefer to have family bonding time during the day and professional support at night
Feel like you need to top up on sleep to make the days easier to navigate
Want more ad hoc help while your partner travels or is away with work

What will she do?
Your night nanny is there to give you some respite, help you get more sleep so that you feel rested in the morning and can enjoy your day with your baby, even once your partner is back at work.
With the right support from the start, you and your baby will find a good pattern for feeding and sleeping naturally, so that it feels more organic. You don't need to follow strict routines to ensure you all get rest - just gentle guidance from the start so that patterns develop and are sustainable as your little one grows.
What is the length of an average booking?
Most parents choose to start with more nights and then gradually reduce the number of nights as their little one sleeps more and they feel more confident. This means that your booking may start out as a 2 week booking but get extended over time provided our team are available.
How much does it cost?
Night nannies
Work on an hourly rate of £19 to £20 per hour
Standard registration fee
Agency admin and assistance is £150 plus £20 per day or night included in the placement.
